Jessica Colley is a freelance travel and food writer who is always dreaming of her next meal or next trip.
In 2010, she returned to New York City after several years of living in Europe, primarily the Irish capital city of Dublin. Jessica contributed to Luxury Travel Magazine as their European Correspondent and is now focusing on domestic destinations with a culinary focus for this publication. Her work has also appeared in The Toronto Star, Postcards Magazine, iStopOver Magazine, EuroCheapo, Jauntsetter, and more.
Jessica is also a published poet and her work has appeared both in Ireland and the United States. She has been proud to call New York City, Dublin, Miami, Berlin, New Jersey, Italy, and Savannah home. She prefers a slow approach to travel and loves having a cappuccino somewhere new.
